I got my book in a timely fashion and it was just what I ordered. The book was in very good condition just as promised.
I have yet to recieve this product via mail and i have purchased this product in the beginning of february.
Other than that, it has step by step instructions (helpful if you are confused) and some pictures to illustrate. I needed this book for a Microsoft Office college class, and I will definitely not be keeping it when I am finished. It is a good reference for beginners, but I've noticed that it does not tell you about certain helpful shortcuts when you need to use them. It does end up redundant at times, because one paragraph will tell you everything you will be doing, and the next tells you it in steps. If you are an advanced Office user, it will not help much.
The book was in perfect condition when I received it. It will definitely make me think about buying from amazon again.
I bought my college book through Amazon, and was told it would be at my address no later than 16 days. It is now 5 days past that, I'm half way through my semester and today I got a shipment from the individual who I've been talking to about my book arrival. I recieved a family members scrapbook, NO COLLEGE BOOK. So now I have the pleasure of paying to send this back and buying another book from someone else.
